Gwinnett County DUI Dismissed (2023)

Our client was stopped for speeding on I-85 in Gwinnett County. Our client was requested to exit his vehicle and perform field sobriety testing. After the officer said our client failed field sobriety testing, the officer arrested him and requested he submit to a chemical breath test. Our client refused to submit to a breath test. Our firm argued the officer failed to conduct the testing appropriately and moved to have the tests suppressed. These arguments led to the DUI to be dismissed.
