Franklin County DUI Marijuana Dismissed (2023)

Our client was pulled over for speeding on I-85 in Franklin County. The officer suspected our client of being under the influence of drugs. Our client performed field sobriety testing. Our client also consented to a blood test. Our firm fought and argued that field sobriety testing does not test for impairment due to drugs. We also reviewed the blood test and argued that the amount of THC would not cause impairment. The prosecutor agreed with our arguments and dismissed the DUI.
