Banks County DUI Dismissed (2023)

Our client was pulled over on Highway 441, in Banks County, on his way to a hotel after his son’s wedding. Our client performed field sobriety testing and submitted to a breath test. His BAC was over the limit. This was a tough case to fight. Through investigation into the officer’s training, our firm discovered the officer was no longer a police officer and would not testify in a trial. We were able to have the entire case dismissed based on our extra efforts and investigation into the officer.
