DUI Case (2022)

The client was pulled over for Speeding 19 over the limit. Our client submitted to field sobriety testing and a blood test. The blood test registered a Blood Alcohol Content amount that is over the legal limit. I was able to investigate and find evidentiary issues that could have excluded certain evidence in the case. We were able to negotiate a diversion program plea that would lead to the case being fully dismissed.
