Gwinnett County Probation Revocation (2023)

Our client was on probation for multiple charges in Gwinnett County Superior Court. Our client was ordered to submit to monthly urine testing. Our client failed the drug tests for using THC products. Our firm was retained to protect our client and keep him out of jail. We reached out to probation to reach an agreement to keep our client from being arrested. Probation wanted our client to go to jail for multiple months. We had a hearing and successfully convinced the judge to allow our client to stay on probation with no jail time. Our client was allowed to go home that day.
